Our son utilized this wonderful rental during his internship with the Senate. When we visited we were impressed by the quality of the apartment, the nice furnishings, the excellent suite mates, and the overall security of the building. The building is in a convenient location that is a short walk to the Capital and the rest of the buildings on the mall. This was a good experience for our son and I would highly recommend Washington Intern Housing.

My brother recently stayed with WIHN for his spring internship at the United States Senate and he absolutely loved the experience. The rooms had plenty of space and were very well maintained. The apartment building was centrally located and allowed him to quickly and easily get to work. It was also in a great location for finding top notch restaurants and other activities.

I have stayed with WIHN twice and had great experiences both times. The apartments are well designed and give more than enough space. I also met some of my best friends through this network! Would recommend for any intern needing semester housing for the Hill or otherwise.

My experience staying at the WIHN was wonderful! My row house was located central to everything - stores, restaurants, and even my job. Randy was amazing and always answered any questions I had throughout my stay. Also, the house was beautiful and nicely decorated. Thank you!

When I left my daughter in D.C. by way of California for work, I felt a sense of relief and sure that she would be safe and very comfortable with her living arrangement. The house was modernly furnished, secure and close to transportation and well as shops and eateries. We were more than satisfied with the entire experience and will use this company again if necessary.
