Historic Row Homes

The vast majority of WIHN properties consist of the multi-colored historic row homes for which Washington, D.C. neighborhoods are famous. These attached homes are larger (4 – 10 bedroom and 3 – 8 bathrooms) in size but older in interior finishes. While they feature more indoor common areas that can be enjoyed by all tenants, they tend to be limited in their outdoor space. Large yards are not easy to come by in the city and these homes rarely have much green space. However, many of our historic homes feature outdoor deck or patio areas in the rear of the property.

What these properties lack in modern, luxury amenities they make up for in their historic charm and character.  Blending perfectly with the urban DC landscape, these grand homes have served both students and young professionals well for years.
