Property Owners & Lease Holders
Are you a property owner or lease holder in D.C., Maryland or Virginia looking to keep your rental full while drastically reducing your maintenance costs and eliminating your property management fees?
Let us show you what we have to offer our property owners and master lease holders. The WIHN is always looking for new properties and space to fill the demand for short term housing in the nation’s capital.
We have strict criteria and a screening process for properties we admit to our program but you’ll quickly see why. We’re known to pay market rent for your property (in some cases, in advance), take financial responsibility for maintenance and and will never take a cent for property management services while we keep your property full all year round.
If your property meets the following criteria;
- Within 4 blocks of a metro station
- Was built (or at least renovated) in the last ten years
- Within walking distance to supermarkets or grocery stores
- Features spacious bedrooms
- We prefer Capitol Hill (NoMa, H Street and Eastern Market sub neighborhoods) but will consider all locations
Tell us about your property by filling out the form below. Learn how we can help eliminate the headaches of renting your properties, decrease your maintenance costs and increase your returns.
